The platform operated by EPWK primarily serves the vast number of Chinese SMEs and creative professionals, offering over 300 professional services spanning seven major categories, including design, development, copywriting, and marketing. To build a secure, efficient, and trusted transaction environment, we innovatively launched a membership system for digital services and integrated comprehensive fund escrow, copyright protection, and intelligent collaboration tools throughout the process, fully safeguarding the rights and interests of all parties.

He graduated from the Department of Accounting of Xiamen University, had served as financial director of XIAMEN C&D, a listed company, with rich IPO audit experience, keen insight and market experience in emerging industries.
Ms. Ruan Ling is our Chief Commercial Officer and Senior Operation Director. She joined EPWK in November 2014, responsible for the project operations of Maker Space under the brand “YipinChuanke”. Since 2016, she has independently overseen the projects of YipinChuanke. Currently, she manages projects with a total area exceeding 50,000 square meters, including one national-level technology incubator, one national-level Cross-Strait Youth Entrepreneurship Base, and three national-level maker spaces. Ms. Ruan has many years of experience in market promotion and project operations in internet companies. Between May 2012 and November 2014, she worked at Xiamen Zhongziyuan Network Technology Co., Ltd., serving as the Group Expansion Department Supervisor and was stationed in Beijing to be responsible for the company's project expansion in the Beijing market. That company is one of the earliest and largest internet basic application service providers in China.
The former COO of 35 Technology Co. Ltd. listed on domestic GEM. With more than 20 years of science and technology company management experience, he is an expert at project planning, strategic decision-making and innovative operation of forward-looking vision.

Mr. Huang Guohua is the founder of EPWK and has served as Director and Chief Executive Officer since our establishment. He founded EPWK, is responsible for its overall management and operations, and has consistently led EPWK forward. Mr. Huang has nearly 15 years of experience in enterprise management and innovation/entrepreneurship. He is a serial entrepreneur in the media, animation, and internet sectors, and a former chief reporter of the Fujian Daily Press Group. He is also an expert included in the project review database of the Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology, and a member of the First China Shared Economy Standardization Technical Committee. He was selected for the second batch of Fujian Province's Special Support Talent "Double Hundred Plan" as a leading entrepreneurial talent in science and technology, and Xiamen City's fifth batch of "Double Hundred Plan" leading entrepreneurial talent (Category A project). As the primary author, he compiled and published the books Crowdsourcing and Witkey (published by Renmin University Press) and Makers and Witkey (published by Xiamen University Press). The book Crowdsourcing and Witkey won the 2015 Hexun Chinese Financial Book Award for "Most Innovative Internet Thinking Award." From January 2007 to March 2011, he founded Fujian Zhangzhou Haishang Culture Communication Co., Ltd. — Bus TV Media Company, and served as its General Manager. From January 2003 to January 2007, he worked at the Fujian Daily Press Group's Strait Metropolitan Daily as an editor and reporter, responsible for planning, writing, and in-depth investigation of regional news reports. From March 1993 to January 2003, he worked at the Fujian Minnan Daily Newspaper Office as an editor and reporter. From September 1990 to March 1993, he worked at the Yan Cuo Town Government in Longhai District, Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province, serving as a secretary. Mr. Huang obtained his TEE-EMBA Master's degree in Business Administration from the School of Economics and Management at Tsinghua University in 2019.
Mr. Yang Qingyun, born in 1970 in Zhangzhou, Fujian, holds a bachelor's degree and is the General Manager of Zhangzhou Hengrun Investment Management Co., Ltd. Since starting work in 1993, he has nearly 30 years of experience in financial accounting and enterprise management. From 2006 to 2014, he worked at Zhangzhou Wanhui Sanitary Ware Co., Ltd., successively holding positions as Assistant to the Finance Department Manager, Finance Department Manager, and Assistant to the General Manager. From 2014 to present, he has served as the General Manager of Zhangzhou Hengrun Investment Management Co., Ltd., responsible for the company's overall operations, including: daily financial management, decision-making on major matters such as company finance, investments, reviewing auditor reports, evaluating audit findings; investment management work such as conducting due diligence and analysis on the financials, legal compliance, operational status, valuation, and risks of investment projects, reviewing auditor reports, and evaluating audit findings for major matters. From 2012 to 2019, he served as an Executive Director at the Hong Kong listed company BIB Holdings Limited (HK.01190), responsible for overall operations. Simultaneously as a member of the board of directors, he participated in decision-making on major matters such as company finance, investments, reviewing auditor reports, and evaluating audit findings.
Mr. Gao Xing, from Taixing, Jiangsu, is an Associate Professor at Xiamen University. He holds a Ph.D. from Harbin Institute of Technology and is a UTD visiting scholar. He is recognized as a Class B high-level talent in Fujian Province and Xiamen City. He serves as the head of the Xiamen University-OPPO Mobile Terminal System Innovation Technology Joint Laboratory. He has led and participated in research for vertical projects such as the National Science & Technology Support Program, Military 863 Program, National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the Ministry of Education-China Mobile Research Fund. His total personal research funding exceeds RMB 20 million. He is currently leading seven projects, such as "Low-Power Resource Allocation Research Project" and "Indicator Performance and Power Consumption Fitting Process Technology Research," with approximately RMB 10 million in research funding. He has published multiple papers in journals including TIP, TEVC, and TCYB. His main research areas are: embedded systems, AI, and AIoT.
Ms. Yang Li is the Director and a lawyer at Fujian Ruhao Law Firm. She graduated from Huaqiao University with a postgraduate degree in Business Administration and has 22 years of experience as a practicing lawyer. She holds positions including Supervisor of the Fujian Sichuan Chamber of Commerce, Director of the Xiamen Intellectual Property Association, Arbitrator at the Xiamen Labor Dispute Arbitration Committee, Director of the Fujian Chongqing Chamber of Commerce, Director of the Xiamen University Fujian Leadership Talent Association, and Director of the Xiamen Economist Association. She currently serves as the legal advisor for social organizations or well-known enterprises such as the Xiamen General Chamber of Commerce, Fujian Sichuan Chamber of Commerce, Fujian Chongqing Chamber of Commerce, Xiamen Enterprise Development Strategy Research Association, China Southern Airlines Xiamen Branch, Changan Automobile, Xin'an Hotel, and Jinming Energy Saving. She previously served as a lawyer in the Xiamen City Expert Pool for Taiwan-Related Legal Affairs, an expert member of the review panel for microfinance companies and financing guarantee company market access under the Xiamen Economic Development Bureau, and a member of the expert advisory panel for "Strait Finance" of the Xiamen Broadcasting and Television Group Program Center.
